It is my passion to travel to beach destinations, and plan perfect vacations for my wonderful clients. I have been in the travel industry for close to fifteen years with Flight Centre Travel Group, starting as an International Travel Consultant and moving up to Assistant Team Leader and Team Leader. Seven years ago it was time to grow again, and I partnered with Flight Centre as an Independent Contractor. After a few years of rapid growth, a very loyal client base and invaluable industry relationships built, Vacations by Caitlin was formed with a strong focus on Caribbean travel. I invest my time in visiting the properties I work with as often as possible, and have built strong partnerships with Sandals and Beaches Resorts, Playa Resorts, AM Resorts, Palace Resorts and AIC Hotel Group. Along with being a Travel Advisor, I am also a wife and mom of three! Life is busy with travel sports, lessons, and a packed calendar (can you relate?). Our vacation time together is precious and provides us with an opportunity to step away and reconnect. Many of our treasured family memories have been made while vacationing in the Caribbean. Two out of my three learned to walk on beaches in Jamaica! I have created my business with a niche market of Premium Beach Vacations so that my expertise is focused in one area and I can best service my clients. I am passionate about detail, service, and quality. I will always recommend the best vacation possible for my clients within their budget range, and ensure their time away is perfect. A few little things about me:

Favourite Beach: This is a tough one, but when I think about my happy place it is always Grace Bay Beach, Turks and Caicos - where you can walk for miles, view the most gorgeous sunsets and snorkel with sea turtles right from the shore.

My first Caribbean trip was to Club Med St. Lucia with my family as an eight year old. It was then I fell in love with the vacation lifestyle.

One of my favourite things is arriving to a new resort, and checking out the room and the view. I've seen some pretty incredible accommodations and some have literally taken my breath away.

I lived in Australia in the most amazing beach town (Avalon, New South Wales...look it up!) for two years in my early adulthood. These were formative years and truly what steered me in the direction of where I am today. The beach lifestyle, magic of the ocean and the value of booking with a Travel Advisor (because I did find myself stuck in Bali one time...).

Good wine and great coffee are two must haves for me while on vacation.
